Care(less). On forgetting

The performative event will be streamed live from a public space to refer to architectures of care, including: Magdalen House, (Great) Prescot Street (1758), today, the narrow Magdalen Passage runs through its former site. This is one of three events taking place in London during the festival, to bring to our attention forgotten histories. In each location the memory of the laundry worker guides us to uncover hidden or invisible histories, through engaging with architectural traces of their workplaces: the washhouse, the laundry, the asylum.
