St John's School Camberwell have teamed up with architecture students from the University of Westminster to design and build a series of hands-on interactive playground installations over the course of a two-week summer school event.
The pieces will explore science principles in action and environmental awareness, and be a celebration of the playground as a place for nurturing well-being.
The work will support the school's ongoing ambitions to develop their existing play environment and engage their community in learning about how to care for future of the environment.
The public exhibition of the installed pieces will take place on 25th June, the last day of the summer school, the school will be welcoming LFA visitors between 4 and 6pm to come and explore the installations in their playground and talk to the makers.
