As vaccines roll out and cities around the world begin to think about a ‘return to normal’, our work – mainly how and where we work – is now at the front of many minds.

We found a way to adapt, but how do we feel now that we can return? Our working lives are important to us & we care about what happens next – but which elements are most important, as opposed to before. Equally, how can employers ensure we feel cared about as we go forward? The physical workplace and our journeys to and from that space are going to play a major role.
