Velorose's first Private View of 2021, 'Care in the Square', celebrates Midsummer's Day on Thursday 24th June between 6pm and 9pm, inside and outside the gallery.
The event brings together Liam Leslie's powerful series of photographs of an apparently empty London flat (but with signs of the life of its former inhabitant) and the as-yet-unseen artworks by you, the artist, in Velorose's first Mail Art Project of the year, entitled 'Care: Free?’.
Booking essential, but with plenty of good-weather space outdoors to enjoy refreshments, and with one of the gallery's DJ friends setting the scene. All Mail Art postcards submitted to 'Care: Free?’ and received by post will be exhibited this evening in the gallery.
Art and Architecture - in good company - are back with a vengeance!
