Join architect Clare Cameron for a virtual tour of Charlie Ratchford Court, a new 38 flat extra care scheme with communal and community space on the ground floor, designed by Cameron at PRP for Camden Council.

The scheme’s been designed to provide high quality homes for people who need more help to live independently but with care and support provided by onsite staff 24/7. The building includes features such as a telecare system throughout , extra wide corridors, colour coded floors to assist with orientation, an assisted bathroom for all residents, flexible activity space and communal gardens. Each flat has an open plan living room/kitchen, wet room and winter garden.
