"We decided to fully embrace the spirit of the bake off but rather than make a replica we wanted to delve a bit deeper to create a 3D bake to showcase the beauty of Liberty but also it’s renowned association with design and art. We created a piece of artwork that captures its likeness. Art is evocative and a very human response to experience, providing us all with opportunity to reconnect as both witness and participant."
