The Bake: Maggie's West London Centre
"I decided to bake Maggie's Centre. I baked a simple sponge for the main building and then baked biscuits for the surrounding wall. I had a lot of fun baking a shortbread biscuit for the first time which I used for the roof and then used chocolate biscuit sticks to create the floating illusion. Three different types of icing were used to achieve the bold colours and a little knife work for the detail on the roof.
I really enjoyed making this and looking forward eating it later!"
