Final LFA Event Surgery Day

NEWS |

Still thinking about what to do for your LFA2020 event? First time doing an LFA event and needing some inspiration for LFA2020?

Following on from our LFA Festival Event Workshop last week, we’re excited to be launching the first in a series of drop-in event surgery days!

Whether you’re a seasoned event organiser trying something different or this is your first time taking part and you’re not sure where to start, everyone is welcome to come along to these free 1 to 1 sessions, no matter what stage your ideas and proposals are at. From venue and collaborator queries, to advice on how to describe your event, this is a great opportunity to ask the LFA team any questions and tap into their expertise on how to get the most out of organising an event for LFA2020.

With our call for entries final deadline approaching on 10 March, the final drop-in event surgery day is taking place at the main gallery space in the Building Centre on Friday 7 February.

The LFA team will be on hand from 10am-5pm to talk through event plans and help with any queries – no need to pre-register, just drop by, we’re here to help!
