Live drawing is so cool!

NEWS |

Last Friday evening I was invited to join a live drawing session at Pilbrow & Partners by my friend Neng. It was an intriguing invite but at the same time going to a pub after of a busy week was also appealing. But Neng is a good friend, and I always wanted to see Pilbrow’s office in Clerkenwell, so we decided to give this event a shot.

As it happens, it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable evenings of LFA! The office’s ground floor had large curvilinear surface on where different images been projected. In the middle of this, there was a nature morte set up with a live model posing. Lights were dimmed, food was great and there were loads of drinks.

We had a drawing teacher who was great on giving feedback for everyone’s drawings and being incredibly patient. We stayed there until very late, had a chat with the architects, met new people and did loads of drawings.

In the end, it was a great evening. Please organise more of these dear Pilbrow team!
