Security CCTV cameras in London’s streets make us feel safe, cared for and protected. Or do they? Does CCTV surveillance care for us or control us – or both?
Join us for this outdoor performance exploring the spectacle of public surveillance of our daily lives that takes place 24 / 7 via CCTV. Event designer Catherine Harrington and performance artists Mirei Yazawa, Ghost and John, Colleen Bartley, with musicians Sarah Woolfenden and Stephen Arnold are collaborating together to perform in this new work.
This evening performance will be conducted as care in action! The audience numbers will meet COVID guidelines and facilitators will ensure safe distancing takes place. The audience will be standing during this short performance.
