"After an initial design review, where we discussed our experiences at the Southbank Centre, we decided to turn our focus on the Hayward Gallery. Several members of the team have great memories here, even of when the roof of Sculpture Court 3 was temporarily turned into a lake! As such, we decided to immortalise the Hayward in vegan cake form to pay homage to these times."
