Arch 42, a Victorian railway arch in Nine Elms, is being transformed into a bright and colourful gateway called Tunnel Visions. Follow the example of Arch 42's winning designers Projects Office and take part in this virtual workshop to inspire your creativity at home.
Taking inspiration from railway station canopies around the UK, 'daggerboards' will feature in Projects Office’s transformation of Arch42 as this key pedestrian and cycle route in Nine Elms opens to the public for the first time this autumn.
This workshop will show you how to use simple paper-cutting and drawing techniques to make your own daggerboard designs. You will also get the opportunity to learn about some of the history of railway station design. Share pictures of your creations on social media and see what other people have designed using #Arch42LFA
Aimed at ages 8+. Adult supervision required.
