"We are a small, close team, who have been apart throughout the pandemic. This has been an opportunity to do something together whilst still in our separate locations across the West of Scotland. Each team member took a part of the structure and we all worked to the same drawing for reference. Then, once all the elements were complete, the cake was assembled. It fit perfectly! A sign of a great team who can make a great cake!"
