The Bake: Maggie's West London Centre
"Our bake was Inspired by Roger Stirk Harbour and Partners’ diagram of Maggie’s West London Centre as a heart in the centre of a spiral.
We baked a heart topped red velvet cake core set in a spiral of radiating gingerbread walls. The building is topped with a floating gingerbread roof and set in a gingerbread landscape. The external panelling was formed with coloured royal icing. Our bakes are all vegan."
