The Bake: Tower Bridge
"Our Tower Bridge cake is a combination of a classic Victoria Sponge and an Italian chocolate cake - reflecting the nationalities of our two bakers! Our creation is decorated in coloured fondant icing and white chocolate. Unfortunately, after several attempts at making the suspension cables out of chocolate, they melted away in the glorious summer sunshine, but luckily our sponges could stand up long enough to take photos! We had a great time baking this iconic London landmark, and an even better time eating it!"
