"This year’s LFA theme is CARE and baking my friends and family treats is definitely one of the small ways I show them I care about them (socially distanced, of course!), while it’s also a time I care for myself as it helps me with stress and anxiety during these (unprecedented) times."
"To recreate RIBA Stirling Prize’s winner, Maggie’s West London Centre, I’ve baked the core, two layers of red velvet cake (heart <3 of the building), biscuit walls wrapped around (put together with the ultimate cement - royal icing!), sugar glass panels and fondant “floating” roofing - that’s some incr-edible tooth-aching-model I am very proud of!"
