The Bake: Tower Bridge
"My bake consists of traditional British cake flavours, featuring a the traditional lemon cake and Victoria sponge. The ‘floating’ walkways are made from a butter biscuit with white chocolate topped with marshmallows covered in fondant, representing the lightweight design. I wanted to take immense care into building and modelling the details of the building. The tower bridge is an iconic example of Victorian Gothic style architecture in London, and over the years has become a symbol of the city itself."
