"My Tower of London cake is made from six layers of sponge cake with buttercream and jam in between. I used rice crispy cake for the bases and gingerbread for the bridge, top and ropes and I made a boat going through the bridge. The river is apple flavoured blue jelly. It took me three days to make! It was delicious!!"
