"I have worked for the Engineering company RWDI for 7 years now and work with architectural drawings everyday. I used to make models by hand, but now work in the CAD department, producing intricate 3D models for CFD and printing for Wind Tunnel tests. I have always had a passion for baking so lapped up this opportunity to put both skills to good use. I chose Liberty London, as I had recently visited Oxford Street and admired the building. I love tudor revival architecture and painting miniature details. My favourite part of the cake are the tiny flowers displayed outside the main entrance and of course tasting the rich indulgent chocolate cake at the end!"
