"This huge creation is one of the most challenging cakes I have ever had the pleasure of constructing."
"The towers were created with 14 layers of light chocolate sponge and then filled with rich dark chocolate ganache, coated in white chocolate ganache and was 16” tall. Each window and frame was individually piped with grey buttercream, and the bridge was constructed with internal supports, slabs of fondant and piped royal icing and is 100% edible. Even the sea below the bridge was painted with ganache to get the wave effects."
